Компания «Просистемс» сердечно поздравляет Вас с Днём защитника Отечества!

Компания «Просистемс» завершила очередной проект по оснащению предприятия ООО «ПГ «Фосфорит» дроссельными затворами для регулирования потока газовой смеси в трубопроводе. На предприятии были установлены 11 затворов, проведены работы по шеф-монтажу и пуско-наладке оборудования.

ООО «Просистемс» стало официальным представителем завода Simatek (Дания) на территории России и СНГ.

Завершены работы по шеф-монтажу и пуско-наладке дроссельных затворов на объекте ООО «ПГ «Фосфорит»». Смотрите фотографии затворов в действии.

The Prosystems company has completed yet another project on equipping the PG Fosforit Ltd.’s enterprise with a local aspiration unit (LAU). The LAU is necessary for removing dust from the operating area air within the limits of the oiling drum for mineral fertilizers in the Ammophos shop. The LAU system was designed and manufactured specially for the PG Fosforit Ltd. by the plant of Stanelle Silos + Automation GmbH. As a result of the project’s implementation, Prosystems Ltd.’s specialists adapted the unit for the Russian Federation, and also took care of the delivery, installation supervision, and commissioning.

Kihsco Valves Europe GmbH, a European company engaged in selling and servicing of high-quality valves, has chosen the Prosystems company as their official representative for the promotion of their brand in Russia.

STANELLE® Silos+Automation GmbH, together with its official representative Prosystems Ltd., took part in a specialized exhibition of bulk material processing and transportation technologies, SOLIDS Russia 2018.

A new model has been added to Stanelle’s product range of shut-off devices: a modular flat gate for coarse-grained materials. The SMFS type, GK series flat slide gate is installed at the outlet of a silo or bunker storage to shut off the bulk material flow. The gate ensures optimal impermeability for granular bulk materials with grain size up to 50 mm, and is equipped with an actuator with an electrical motor.

On October 12, 2017 the international research to practice conference “The current state and projects of development of ammonia production (Modernization, reconstruction, ecology, safety of liquid ammonia storage facilities) was held in Novomoskovsk. In the course of the event, the Prosystems company’s representatives discussed the opportunities for application of the constituent parts and solutions for the current projects, after which they visited NAK Azot JSC’s production facility and met the specialists there.

Prosystems’s specialists presented the company’s equipment at the Solids-2017 exhibition, which was held on June 6-7 2017 in Moscow.

The Prosystems company, which is an official dealer of STANELLE® Silos + Automation GmbH, received a favorable testimonial from Bergauf Sterlitamak about the work of FLOW-Bow swivel fittings. This equipment has been patented, and has been produced for more than 36 years.

On March 16, 2017 the presentation of the Prosystems company, “Equipment for bulk material storage and transportation”, took place in the presentation area of Partneriat 2017.

On March 16, 2017, within the scope of Partneriat 2017, the Prosystems company’s manager Tatyana Yegorova will hold a presentation of advanced equipment systems for bulk material storage and transportation. Special attention will be paid to aspiration filters, loading equipment, and filling systems for silos and hoppers. Tatyana will also touch on the subject of silo safety, providing information on safety appliances for silos that make it possible to prevent cost-incurring damage when loading them, such as: emergency discharge valve, overfill protection, loading level sensors.
